The part of an aircon install
nobody ever sees

Anyone can hang a unit on a wall. What decides whether it cools properly, drains properly and looks tidy in ten years is the pipe run behind the wall, and the survey that worked out where it should go. That is the work we do.

  • BTO flats, condos and commercial units
  • Site survey before the work starts
  • Piping set out during renovation, boxed in neatly

Why it matters

A rushed install is invisible for about two years

Then the trouble arrives. Water marks where a drain pipe was run slightly uphill. A unit that never quite cools the far end of the room because it went where the pipe was easy rather than where the air needed to go. Trunking that had to be surface mounted after the painters had finished, because nobody set the runs out during renovation.

None of it is dramatic on the day. All of it is expensive to undo.

Drainage

One customer needed a long distance condensation run. It was solved with a pump system rather than hoping for a fall that was not there.

Placement

A reviewer wrote that the team advised on the best placement of the unit, rather than simply fitting where it was convenient.

Sequence

Piping goes in while the flat is bare. Get that wrong and the tidy finish is no longer available at any price.

How a job goes

Survey, pipe run, install. In that order, and usually across separate visits.

01

The survey

Before the work starts, the property gets looked at. Where the units can go, how the pipes can run, what the walls will allow. One reviewer had a site survey and then two separate trips.

02

The pipe run

The refrigerant and drainage runs go in while the flat is still bare, clipped and boxed above the doorways. This is the part nobody sees afterwards and the part that decides whether the finish looks tidy.

03

The install

Mounting plate, indoor unit, condenser on the ledge, then a test. The team works to the routes agreed at the survey, so the result matches what was explained at the start.

What we install and maintain

Install, service, repair

Residential and commercial, across Singapore. Message or call and describe the property; the survey works out the rest.

New home installation

Full installs for BTO flats, condos and commercial units, from a single wall unit to a whole home.

Site survey first

Someone comes and looks at the property before the work starts, so the plan fits the place rather than the other way round.

Piping and trunking

Refrigerant runs set out during renovation and boxed in neatly, so the finished rooms show as little as possible.

Condensation solutions

Long pipe runs handled with a pump system where gravity alone will not drain the unit.

Condenser mounting

Compressors fitted to HDB service ledges and high rise parapets, with the isolator wired at the wall.

Servicing

Routine cleaning and maintenance for units already installed, residential and commercial.

Repair

Diagnosis and repair when a unit stops cooling, leaks, or trips.

In their own words: “At Comfort Cool Aircon, we provide reliable and affordable aircon services in both residential & commercial settings. Our technicians have more than 10 years of experience in this industry.”

The reviews line up with that. Customers mention the responsiveness before the job, the neatness of the pipe runs during it, and being able to leave the team to it. One wrote that they had to trust the team to handle everything on their own, and came back to a result they were happy with.

A call is usually quickest. If it is a new flat and you know your renovation dates, mention them, because the pipe run has to happen before the walls are finished.
